Hello! I'm Maëlle 😁
Learning a language can be a real challenge, but also a gateway to new opportunities and connections. As someone passionate about languages, cultures, and human interaction, I help adults with busy schedules express themselves confidently in both their personal and professional lives.
I discovered teaching French while doing an internship at the Alliance Française in Chiclayo (Peru). I liked it so much that, after finishing my studies and moving to Spain, I decided to make it my profession. What I enjoy most about my work is connecting with students: learning about their cultures, sharing mine, and seeing how they gain confidence to use French in their daily lives.
🎓 Master’s in Intercultural Management (ISIT, Paris) + various certifications in teaching French as a foreign language (FLE).
💻 Over 7 years of experience (6 online), supporting more than 200 students, including 40 employees of European agencies.
🤝 Long-term collaborations with European language schools.
My students describe me as a patient, friendly, and calm teacher. I believe that learning a language should be dynamic and fun. Conversation is key (though also the biggest challenge) because it’s what truly allows you to connect with people and culture.
I’m trilingual (French, English, Spanish) and have firsthand experience of what it means to learn and live a language. Now, for pleasure, I’m learning Portuguese, which helps me better understand my students’ challenges.
